Pray to the Moon when She is round,
Luck with you will then abound,
What you seek for shall be found
On the sea or solid ground.

Migration Moon: Travels & Transition

We traveled by sunset across the scorched Nevada desert towards the belly of the beast. As Moonrise arrived, it became evident that we would be greeting Her in transit. Hers & ours.

I-15 just outside Vegas, we stopped at a truck pullout & waved to Her from the roadside. Not quite like witnessing Her peek over Breakfast Canyon, but the familiarity remains eternal.

Later, we rested easily with the knowledge that She was keeping watch over the city as we slept. Travel. Transitions. This is what we do. By the light of the Moon, under the rays of the Sun we wander this planet. What a wonderful way to be. Except when it isn't.

There is much catch up & chronicling to be done, but the forced respite from the technological world was, quite honestly, a blessing.
